Hey all, Cubase 7 question-++
I have a guitar track that I’ve doubled by copying it to another track, panning it and offsetting it by 13ms. I know how to link the tracks in the mixer so that if I write any automation, it will write to both tracks. However, after I’ve done my fader pass, I often like to go in to the automation in the Edit window and edit from there. However, I can’t seem to find a way to link the automation on one track to respond when I edit the track it is linked to. Is there a way to do this?
Example: I record volume on linked tracks. Then I notice that I need a dip. I know how many db to make the dip and try to do it in the edit window using the pencil/arrow tool. Because, well, I don’t want to real time it. I need both tracks to respond. Thanks. [I’ve tried selecting both and only one seems to be affected]
