Grouping volume automation edited in Edit Window

Hi,
I came across this post asking the same q but with no answers:

Any feedback on how to accomplish this? Coming from Pro Tools workflow… where when tracks are grouped, any automation penciled in on one track is duplicated on the grouped tracks. How to accomplish this in Cubase? Thank you-

You can’t do that. You can’t even copy copy/paste volume curve. I’d reccomend group them and draw volume automation for that group track, and use channel’s gain for this purpose or 3rd party plugin like GFader, cus automation of stock faders in Cubase is not the best idea.

Ok thank you. Or VCA fader I guess? VCA channel can have penciled in automation right?
This seems like an odd limitation. But it’s good there are workarounds.
