GUI FR: Colour/Display Frozen Inserts different from Disabled Inserts

It’s a bit of a GUI mishap to have two completely different states looking exactly the same.

I think Frozen Inserts should be coloured muted red, or muted orange (the same colour as the Freeze Track active icon maybe)
