The tab does not show the fret number of the initial note. Also, the second bend is shown higher than the first one for some reason.

The issue with the bend starting at a higher vertical position above the staff is due to Dorico incorrectly interpreting the second bend as part of a single run in the same direction, e.g. two successive bends without an intervening release. We’ll look into the issue with neither of the fret numbers either side of the barline appearing for the start of the bend.
If I set the string property of all the notes to the same string, then the position of the bends is as I would expect it to be.
I’m working around the other issue by removing the bar line so the first bend note isn’t broken.
