Guitar Chord diagrams in Dorico 3.5

I am creating instructional worksheets for classical guitarists. In scores I would like to place chord diagrams that have no finger positions, so that students can fill them in as part of the exercises. So far, I can only eliminate finger positions by placing X above each of the strings.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks, Jeffrey Goodman

Since there is no option to show empty chord diagrams, i would use a playing technique insted.

Maybe someone has a better solution.

Rafael is right that there’s no way to create empty chord diagrams in Dorico at the moment, unless something goes wrong and Dorico is completely unable to find any shape for the chord you’re specifying. Adding an empty grid using a font character as Rafael suggests is probably the best way to achieve an empty grid at present.

That is really cool, Rafael!
