Guitar Recording Kit (OLD Stock) Will I get Artist 12 as a grace period free update?

Been looking at the Steinberg Guitar Recording Kit and as it seems to be old stock, the ads state version 10.5, 11 or don’t say.
Being this old, will they still be elligible for a grace period free update to version 12?

Yes, you’ll always get the latest version of Cubase when the download access code is used.
