Guitar sound on C9

Hello
i just cant find (hear) any amps sounds when i insert effect for my guitar (Groove agent, Hellion,Loop mash etc all exist on my C9
can anybody tell me what im doing wrong? system: Babyface pro, Win10 i7 8 GB

Make sure you are monitoring through Cubase, not your interface (Direct monitoring)
