Please remove it! It makes things look like a website from 1999. 
The same design used to be on the background of the mixer in Cubase 7 when it was first released and it was removed. (It still exists in the Cubase inspector). It’s all over Groove Agent 4 but it would look SO much better without it!
Not a major issue I know but still…
