Hakion sonic 1 to 2 upgrade

I bought Sonic 1 and upgraded it in the grace period to Sonic 2. After upgradeing to Cubase 7.5 I tried to install Sonic 1 to upgrade to Sonic 2.

Problems;
Sonic 1 installation always fail
I cant find my Sonic 2 upgrade on My Steinberg
Cubase online support never replies
