Just wanted to chime in and say that after loading three instances of Halion 4 in a project I had Cubase 6.5.3 crashing today 3 times in a row when attempting to open this project. The project opened in the fourth attempt.
I think it’s time to contact Steinberg support as there are still issues with Halion 4 unfortunately. 
If HALion 4 or Cubase 6 crash, they’ll also possibly put a text file in the following location on Windows 7:
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Steinberg\CrashDumps
They’ll be called something obvious like Cubase6.log or HALion4.log and you can send these in when you create a support ticket on My Steinberg.
Indeed Mr.Soundman and it has the same info as the screenshots so I guess that would be a helping point for the support
