Well what can I say .
Major buyer error for not checking my invoices and being very excited about the release of H5 and decided to purchase the brilliant sampler anyway .
On checking my receipts this morning and realising that I had made a mistake and that i could of received the grace period update so i messaged Matthias Quellmann , opened a support ticket and with in the hour i had received acknowledgment of my silly error and a full update refund .
Now that’s what i call customer support . Much respect Steinberg for your support and software , keep it coming
