I purchased and downloaded a Halion 5 upgrade for PC a few months ago, I am now using a Macbook and would like to download the Mac version.
I have emailed Steinberg but have not received a reply (over a week ago).
Am I entitled to download the PC and Mac versions?

Untill the download link is repaired the direct download location is:

You have bought a license (on the e-licenser) and that is valid regardless of the operation system you are working with.
So it will work on any computer where the software is installed and where your dongle is attached to.
