I’ve just got Halion 5 through the mail. The “initializing install” window takes ages and the install seems to stop at the “Installing Content” process. The Installer seems to get past Install Halion 5 and Install halion sonic 2 OK but stalls at Installing content. Brand new software, the computers easily exceeds the minimum requirements, windows 7 64bit (that includes both systems I have tried to install on). Any suggestions?
Could be a permissions issue. Try running the installer as an administrator. Also, check to see if some Anti-Virus or Firewall software is blocking it.
