HALion activations multiple projects

Hello,

I am working on two pieces with common material (and some common instrumnets), and sometimes have them open at the same time.

On opening one project, a pop-up invites me to activate the HALion library, and it plays. Going back to the other project, the instruments no longer play. When it happened a couple of days ago I reassigned instruments and got them going - but today I’ve generated the same problem. Closing Dorico and re-opening the (silent) project does not trigger the pop-up.

How can I avoid this?

Only one project can be active for playback at once. You can tell whether a project is active for playback by whether the “power button” on the toolbar next to the transport controls is lit up blue. If it’s not, click it, and wait a few seconds while the required sounds are loaded.
