Halion Contents are Missing in Cubase

Hi guys,

I had the same problem many times before, so I reinstalled Cubase from scratch.
The problem starts:

  • When I move a specific library to another directory using Steinberg Library Manager. I moved the library from its original download location to my external SSD.
  • I quickly checked Cubase, and the only missing library is the one I relocated.
  • In Cubase, under the VST Plugin Manager section, I added my external drive for scanning the new library, but it didn’t scan.
  • Btw, I have a pro version of Cubase 13. But it still says ‘license missing’.

I could download Padshop etc. to E: Drive. The Libraries exist in Steinberg Library Manager, but now in Cubase, the Mediabay doesn’t show them all. No VST instruments no Samples and Loop.

Vst Plugin Manager scan E:/Steinberg file but can not find any new library.
