every time i load a sample i go to voice management and make it in legato mode and many more settings . is it possible to save a default state ?
or every time i load i must do all of these steps .

Try right-clicking on the area where it says “Startup” and choose “Save as default”.

Note: this doesn’t save your screen-set, only the state of the plugin.
