Apply the GDI fix from here. Use Windows DPI setting 125%. In Cubase select “Application Scaling” -25% and restart it. Cubase and any plugin should be displayed in 100%.
Now open any HALion GUI (e. g. 6 or HAlion Sonic 3) and click on ‘Select content set’. Display of the icons is all over the place. Removing the GDI fix fixes the unfixing fix.
