Halion Sonic 2 Stand Alone Mode with a Nektar LX61

I’m currently using a Nektar LX61 controller with Halion Sonic 2. While used as a plugin inside of Cubase Elements 8 it works fine, however when I use the controller with Halion Sonic 2 in stand alone mode I have the following problem. The only MIDI input that will work is 13 in the Multi Program Rack. If I select a patch in any other channel it will not work at all.

Any ideas. I’m completely new to all the MIDI controller stuff, but setup seemed to be easy enough inside of Cubase Elements 8, but I was also hoping to be able to use this setup as a live rig. If I cannot get it operating fully and am limited to only slot 13 on the Multi Program Rack that kind of puts a bit of a damper on doing that.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
