Halion Sonic does not switch from editor to player view

I need some advice! I need the player view. There should be a "p"in this Halion Sonic window to switch, but I cannot find it It’s version 7.1.20.775 of HALion Sonic.

click the down-pointing arrow located on the upper right side of the window and choose “switch to plugin editor”

Or right click anywhere in plug for same menu.

In my drop down menu this option is not mentioned.

Can you show a screencap of your menu.
Also tell us what is your o/s cubase version etc.

I never had this problem before. I reinstalled HALion Sonic but that did not resolve the issue.

Cubase version 13.0.51
Windows 11 Home 24H2
Acer Aspire TC-895 i7-10700 16GB

Can you try opening Cubase in safe mode.

I did, that did not solve the problem. However, I found the solution! I went to the “installed apps” window and tried to repair HALion Sonic 7. That did not work out, because there was a path missing in the AppData directory. So I removed the app and reinstalled it with Download Manager. That did the job.
