I am reaching out here to see if someone can help me, as it’s been 19 days since I submitted a support ticket via my Steinberg support, but still no reply, only acknowledgement that they have received the ticket.
When I try and open my Halion sonic SE 2.5.1 plugin via the cubase app, I get a licensing error - see attachment.
But if I run it via the stand alone app, it works fine.
I have tried running maintenance etc. on my elicensor etc. but the problem still persists.
I hope someone can help!
