In Halion Sonic SE (part of Cubase 12 Pro) does not show any presets in the standalone version. When I open it as plugin in cubase, I can browse presets in the top field, but when I try to load a preset an error message pops up saying that it cannot be loaded.
Try rescaning the presets, it might do the trick. There’s a Rescan Disk button in the browser. I had a similar problem with loading the presets recently and rescaning the library solved it.
