Halion Sonic SE Sustain Pedal Problem

I’m using Halion Sonic SE 3 and Cubase LE 9.0.40 and in the last mounth I have a problem with halion.
When I laft the sustain pedal, part of the notes does not stop plaing. I try it from halion sonic se 3 software and with more Vst’s and it works.
What can I do?

Hi,

Can you check via MIDI Monitor the Sustain Pedal Off (0) had been sent?

Could you try in Cubase Safe Start Mode? Maybe even to trash HALion preferences?

Thanks I did it and it worked for me. I the upper right corner are the preferences to erase them.
