Halion sonic with W10 and cubase 7.5

Hi,
I cannot load HAlion sonic in my cubase 7.5 while I am working with.
It says to activate but I cannot ‘cause the start center is not working neither…
If someone could help ?!

HALion Sonic is not part of Cubase license. This is an independent product. HALion Sonic SE is part of Cubase 7.5. Please, use HALion Sonic SE, instead or buy HALion Sonic license.
