Hi

I’ve been trying to sort this out since 26th December - here’s the ticket number:

Support request: Technical support request - HALion Symphonic Orchestra - VST Sound Instrument Set (1159469-55BD02)

I tried again on 21st January, still awaiting a response. Here’s my problem. I bought the Halion Symphony Orch Sound Set on February 2014 but had a major issue with my mac and I lost it. As far as I know I should be able to re-download the soundset for free (or close to free) but don’t see a link to it in in My Steinberg?

Still waiting - has anyone else had a asimilar issue?

You could download the trial version- it’s the same.

To get to this:
Support → Downloads. In the Sound Content and Accessories select “Sound Content”, scroll down to Halion Sonic, and you get the above link.

If it’s any consolation, I had trouble finding that link during a recent reinstall as well. :wink:
