Halion Synth does not load

Hi I am having some issues with Halion Synth working on several computers. Halion Synth does not load on some computers. When loaded there are no pre-sets, just an empty synth.

Cubase 6 was deployed on every computer at the same time via network and 75% face this issue.


Please help this is driving me crazy

Is it Halion Sonic SE or Halion Sonic or Halion?
Anyway, try a rescan in both mediabays (Cubase and Halion).

Hi it is Sonic SE and have just attempted to rescan the media bay with no success.

Reset the search, the filter and make sure that it shows the factory and
not the user content.
