HALion VST3 loses automation data when reopen an Ableton Live project

Prerequisites:

  • Ableton Live 11.0.5
  • HALion 6.4.30.148

Reproduction steps:

  1. Create an Ableton Live project
  2. Add one midi track with HALion 6 VST3
  3. Add one midi track with HALion 6 VST2
  4. Automate Quick Control 1 on both instances.
  5. Save and re-open the project.
  6. Observe that on VST2 automation curve is as expected, while on VST3 automation is straight line.
