halion6.3 ,halion soni3.3 don't update

Hello ,can someone help me for halion update problem .
It 's impossible for me to update from Halion 6.210 and Sonic 3.210 to “6.3”.
Sonic SE Is ok but when i use “download assistant” ,Nothing happens.
