Hangs when loading plugins

Hi there, I migrated from Cubase 5 to 6 yesterday, and using the exact same plugin, it hangs. I am trying to load the tse808v1.dll file (tube screamer) from the same VST folder, all the other plugins work, but not that one… I have also tried re-downloading it, but no change. I have tried deleting the VST2xBlacklist file and restarting, but still the same result.

Any ideas ?

Not sure but could be VST bridge error…U R using 64 bit OS so i assume that u r running 64 bit cubase 6. And that will cause some 32 bit plugin not run properly on your set up. U may need to install jBridge application. Just google it & try fix it yourself. That may fix your error i hope…
