Hard drive crashed. New E License

I apologize if this is somewhere else and missed it.
My OS system crashed but I still have access to the files on the hard drive.
I reformatted my computer on another HDD but of course when I install and open Cubase it says my license is in use.
Is there a folder that I an copy from the original hard drive into the new hard drive OS environment?
Not sure what to do here to get Cubase up and running.
