Hi folks.
I am regungitating my old knowledge. For some reason i am having trouble renaming parts individually. f2 is not working on my Logitech mx keyboard, clicking on th name of the part in the project window does nothing too. If I use the INfo line all the parts get renamed, which is not what i want.
Howe to rename an individual part? I seem to remember this was easy?

I use the Info Line all the time for this. As long as only one part is selected, that is the letters are white and not orange, the name will be applied only to this part.

As I said above, the info line is renaming all parts, not just one.
Doesnt’ work on Cubase only or in general? Some keyboard seem to have a toggle to switch the FN keys on and off, can you confirm that?
Okay, then these are shared copies. Turn them into real copies by using
Edit > Functions > Convert to Real Copy.
They are not shared copies, they are my organ takes for a solo.

I found something under the Edit Menu/Rename that works. I am very rusty at the mo, clumsy with the editors.
