I recently switched from a Mac to a very high-end Windows machine to use Dorico, and noted a few differences:

If I play the piece in Dorico and a video in another screen at the same time, the Dorico sound is laggy. My machine has two GPUs - Intel Graphics and NVIDIA. I see the usage of Intel Graphics is 80% up, but obviously I want to use NVIDIA’s one which is nearly not utilized. I can’t find a way to switch that.

In Key Editor, horizontal scrolling using trackpad is not possible. It is working in the score area, so it is not a trackpad issue. To go back and forth, I have to drag the very tiny scrollbar at the bottom with a very tiny offset. After playback the adjustment, I have to go back by dragging the scrollbar again!

When I try to modify dynamics points in the Key Editor by dragging the points within the very short dynamics area, there are magnetic power attracting my pointer, leading to the result that I can’t make small adjustment (e.g. -1 to 0). However, I cannot turn the magnetic stuff off. Also, I cannot input numbers directly. This is really frustrating. I have to switch to a mouse to make adjustment. Combining with issue 2, end up I spent 15 minutes to adjust a single dynamics point in the Key Editor!
I never meet these issues in Mac previously. Hopefully there is workaround or improvement in these areas for Windows users!

Is this a windows laptop – with only a trackpad (no mouse)? I remember my laptops having a designated area on the trackpad that was for scrolling. Perhaps this is not enabled in the system settings? Other than this (or adding a mouse) does anyone else have some ideas?

Yes. But horizontal (and vertical) scrolling, by dragging using two fingers anywhere in the trackpad, works in the score area. It is just not working in the Key Editor.
Anything touch-related on Windows concerning Dorico is very much hit-and-miss, unfortunately. And, yes, even the trackpad is tied into the touch framework.
I have a completely multi-touch enabled ultrabook, and gave up using touch with Dorico.
I don’t mind navigating using keyboard. However, tapping arrow keys of the keyboard in Dorico’s Key Editor do not behave as expected.
Many of the navigation keys have multiple functions depending on what mode or activity you are doing. So, yes, they don’t always seem to work as expected but they do work as intended! There are a number of ways to move around with other keys as well (using shift, control, alt, tab, etc.). Caveat: as noted, it depends on what you’re doing! 
There may be many key combinations, but I can’t find a key combination (or any one-click way) to navigate towards left or right in the Key Editor! I have to drag the tiny horizontal scrollbar at the bottom very carefully for every navigation action.
To further explain my pain point, the horizontal scrollbar in Key Editor looks like this:
Understood! I have trouble grabbing those things with a mouse on a larger screen! 
Same horizontal scrolling problem in the Midi Editors here !! I am running Dorico in Windows 11 on a Mac Pro 2019.
