Why is the glyph for the “harmonic” playing technique not repeated over each note head when these are tied?
The tradition is to repeat the harmonic sign, isn’t it? (Stravinsky, Bartok…)

It is, but I’m not sure playing techniques are interacting correctly with a note’s duration, as of now. You have to add one at the rhythmic position of each subdivision of the long note manually.
What Luis said. If you need the explanation: go to Note Input mode, move the caret to where you want the mark, and enter it there using the popover.
You can also Alt+Click in the desired rhythmic positions to clone the marking, which is a bit faster.
