Harmonics correct pitch playback not working

Hi.
New to Dorico here.
No joy getting harmonics playback either correct pitch or timbre

  • tried fresh and demo projects;
  • default and various other playback templates etc.
    Baffled especially by lack of correct pitch playback like this guy getting here: https://youtu.be/thGCUQlEn98?t=1160

Halion Sonic v7.1 …
Just installed everything in Pro/ Tried reinstall of app and and instruments/content etc. It’s not playing the correct pitches though which is weird……thanks

These guys have reported also:

…last guy here gets it to work with reinstallation, no luck with this in my case……

… actually although correct pitch still not working, note performer seems to change timbre ok so maybe harmonics sounds just not available in iconica or halion SO.
Correct pitches playback main issue anyway…
