I also don’t seem to have the same dialogue as you in my page layout. You have far more options. How so?
It’s the properties panel I’m showing. The Lower zone that you open with Cmd-8
on a Mac. Or in the Windows menu.

Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn’t. What’s the trick? This is way too time consuming guessing the program.

You have to select a harp pedal or the green signpost of a hidden harp pedal for it to show. It’s context sensitive.

Got it!!! Hurray! You have to be in Engrave mode. Then it works. All fixed now. Thanks for your help. You must have been exasperated with me. (I don’t blame you - haha!)

I’d strongly advise to not ask any AI system about Dorico procedures and techniques, the amount of hallucinated content is off the charts in my experience…

Yes, I’ve seen some pretty strange things alright. And what AI missed was that it had to be in engrave mode. Such a simple thing. Good advice.
