Harp pedal marks tend to collide with dynamics and beams, especially if it’s in the Middle.
Is there any settings I can change to make that happen less? Or do I have to manually move everything in engrave mode?
There’s been several posts about this (not in the last twelve months) but I don’t think it is currently possible.

Yiu could consider not using harp pedaling at all. As has been discussed on this forum (and from my personal conversations with 2 Symphony harpists), even the great masters dont always get harp pedaling correct. These 2 harpists suggested that I simply make sure I write a playable part, and leave the pedaling to the harpist🙃
