iight how do i find fx as well as eq and compression on cubase?

Sorry chimmy but that is a really basic question! Have a good look at the getting started manual. It explains all that with pictures to help identify which bits to concentrate on.

chimmy: I asked this exact question 4 years ago myself.

  1. make a project
  2. open your mixer
  3. click the E button on the mixer
  4. click on the inserts on the left, there all there.
    And Parametric EQ right in the center of that window

PS: Yep and keep reading that Manual
