For me this has been going on for over a decade, I am not sure if its a bug or something I am simply not understanding.
I have recently been battling with Preferences. I want to untick “Edit with Solo/Record in MIDI editors Follow focus” (Editing tab) . It keeps turning back on.
Save a preset you say? Well I have, its called my prefs. The problem is every time I save and re-open a project Cubase does NOT load the appropriate preferences it goes back to default preferences.
SURELY this is wrong?
Can you save a default preference? Well not in the interface.
There are other things I would liek to change and keep changed but this is a real showstopper - why wont preferences save?
Is it me or a bug?
