Do not remove them. They are programming sub-system runtimes for software you have installed. Many programmers develop using these runtimes and will distribute them with the their software if it’s not already installed on your machine. In other words, they were put there for a reason. If you do remove them, you may find software applications you have installed no longer works.
Depending on how the application that was using those file was written, deleting them may have been a mistake.
