is there a way to have several custom color sets that you make and save and then choose between them when starting a new project. I don’t think so, but maybe I’m missing something.Would be cool and easy for steinberg to implement

Do you mean track colors and all related colors? Unfortunately not.
If you mean like skin, even then it’s not so straight. You could use Profile Manager, but you have to restart your Cubase, when changing a profile.
