Having trouble recording audio.

I have an Audiogram 6 and I have tried recording audio with it on Cubase AI 6 and i can’t get the software to record audio. My mic works because i plug my PA system into the appropriate jacks on my Audiogram and speak into the mic and i can hear everything i speak into it clearly. Any clues?

Here is the link for the USB audio driver.
