Having trouble upgrading software

I have a copy of cubase 7 and the usb key has stopped working. I’m wondering how to upgrade to the current version?

Hi,

Unfortunately the only way is to

  • buy a new USB-eLicenser,
  • ask Steinberg support for the replacement code,
  • activate your Cubase 7 to the new USB-eLicenset
  • and update.
