I’m using the trial version of the wavelab elements, normally i used sound forge to edit but what you can do there is limited. But there we can hear audio files faster or slower, without messing with the tempo or anything else, there is any feature like that in wavelab?
Not sure if this function exists in WL Elements, but if you check the extended transport bar, there is a ‘clock’ symbol where playback speed can be set.
I couldn’t find the clock, could send a print?
It’s only in Wavelab Pro, not Wavelab Elements.
However, you can process files with time stretching in Wavelab Elements. You just can’t do real time playback with time stretch I guess. Search in the Help menu for time stretch.
