Hello,

A year ago I mistakenly bought two codes to update Cubase 13 from version 12,
I have not used one of the codes. I tried to use it for Cubase 14, but it is not possible in Download Assistant.
My question for you is;
How can I use the Code that I have not used, to get Cubare 14, Thank you.

I also have an unused Cubase Pro 13 update from Cubase Pro 12 Download Access Code, I tried to use it today to get Cubase Pro 14 but I got a message that there’s no software that can be updated (I have Cubase Pro 13). Help please, thank you.

To make it work, you need to have cubase pro 12, activate the 12 to 13 upgrade, then you get 14.

You don’t get 14 this way

It should work according to this:

“If you have an unused Download Access Code or Activation Code for older Steinberg software, it is also possible that you will receive the latest version for free.”

Please help Steinberg team.
