I know it’s really frustrating to not get an instant response, but you’ve now started (or at least contributed to) three separate threads on the same topic.
It’s just been Christmas and New Year, and it’s quite likely that the few people who can work out what’s going wrong here are on holiday right now. Please be patient, and please don’t start multiple threads on the same topic.
(This problem is specific to Korean keyboards, seemingly, and the vast majority of users here are not using Korean keyboards.)

Thank you. I am a fellow Korean who uses Macs and this problem does not occur. It seems to be a problem with the Windows version. I hope a quick solution is found. ㅠ
