which exact version (Cubase Elements 14?) did you own before buying the new product? What product did you buy - update or upgrade and from which version (details matter)?
Where did you enter the Download Access Code (Steinberg Activation Manager, Steinberg Download Assistant)? Also, make sure you are using the correct account. This is one of the most common user errors.
I couldn’t find the full version download file, so I purchased and downloaded the upgrade version. This is your first installation. I sent a refund request email to customer support. They’ll give you an answer. Haha
