HELLP // Add and export tempo track Cubase Elements 9

I just bought Cubase Element 9 and I absolutely do not find how to add and export a tempo track … I can do it on the 5 so why does it Is possible on the 9 ???

First enable Tempo Track on the transport bar then select “Tempo Track” from the Project menu (or press Control/Cmd-T).

In Elements 9 a Tempo Track is not added or edited from within the normal Track window.
