Help Activating Wavelab Elements 10 Trial

Hi there,
For the last 3 days I have been trying to activate the Wavelab Elements 10 Trial. And after much research I think the problem is a missing SeLicenser.sel file

I have been advised to run the command below to recreate the file using Administrator rights

“C:\Program Files (x86)\eLicenser\POS\SYNSOPOS.exe”/regsel

The command runs as expected but when I check it has not create the expected file.

Could anybody give me advice please.

Hello have you tried to download the latest e-Licenser?

2-have you received an activation code? If so, have you inserted the code in the e-Licenser for activation?

Yes I have tried but I get the message that i should create a Soft-elicenser on your computer
