Help after purchasing Elements 14 it will not open or load

I just purchased Cubase elements 14 after using the trial of pro.
I installed and followed all directions. Cubase Elements 14 appears to be missing an icon to load. The only thing I can get to work is the trial.
How do I correct to be able to load Cubase elements 14. Where do I find an icon to load it. Thanks to all I am pretty new…

Hi @Jesse_Richard,

Both Share the Same icon. It depends on the license which edition launches. Please open SAM (Steinberg activation manager), activate Cubase Elements and de-activate the trial.
