Help! audio track sounds only on one side

I recorded an audio track (human voice). Was recorded in stereo, but sounds only to R. How can I convert to mono or there is a way to make it sound L-R? Please help!

Hi,

The proper way, how to record a mono signal (microphone), is to use the Mono Audio track.

If you have a Stereo Track, you can use the Channel Configuration button.

Thank you for the reply. The signal was also recorded in stereo (My bad) and losed signal, only sounds in R. I found a solution: “Project-Convert tracks-Multi channel to mono. And that was my solution…

I would not say that you need to record to a mono audio track. To me it seems more important to use a mono audio bus as the input.
I record my microphones on stereo tracks all the time.

Totally agree. I never use Mono Tracks and record both mono & stereo content onto Stereo Tracks.

@Isra_Plascencia can you post a screenshot of your Audio Connections setup, and also the Inspector of the Track you are recording onto making sure to show its Audio Input settings.
