im trying to upgrade from Cubase elements 12 to Cubase 12 pro but there doesn’t seem to be away of buying this from Steinberg?? please someone help advise how to do this

You can only buy the latest Cubase Pro version as an upgrade from Cubase Elements 12 on the Steinberg website. Right now, that is Cubase 15. If you purchase a license for Cubase 15 Pro you can also run Cubase Pro 12, 13 & 14.
If you want to buy an older Cubase Pro version then you have to buy a used one (e.g. at Knobcloud.com). In this case, you won’t be upgrading your Element version. A used Cubase Pro 12 version is fully updatable and no different from a regular one.
